XCEL REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
The XCEL Label rewards program ("Program") is a U.S.-based loyalty program offered at the sole discretion of XCEL Label. LLC. At our sole discretion, we have the right to modify, add or delete all or any portion of the Program rules, it’s terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption.
2. Membership & Eligibility
Individuals can sign up to be a Program participant ("Participant" or "You") by enrolling, online at ship-labels.com.
Participants must:
- (a) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- (b) Be a resident of the United States (including United States territories) or Canada; and,
- (c) Provide a valid email address at the time of enrollment.
3. Earning Points
Participants can earn Points in the following ways:
- XCEL Rewards members earn 1 point for every $100 spent online at ship-labels.com
- Does not include tax or freight. Additional limitations may apply.
- Points have no cash value.
4. Earning Rewards
Participants can redeem a Reward after reaching a balance of (25 Points)($25.00) ("Minimum Point Threshold"). Points can accumulate in participants account and will expire one year from date issued. The Minimum Point Threshold may change at any time without prior notification. Rewards Cards are capped at Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) ("Maximum Reward"). Participants who have a Points balance after earning a Maximum Reward will carry over the remaining Points until the Points convert to a Reward or expire, whichever happens first.
5. Redeeming Rewards
You can redeem XCEL Rewards for rewards cards by signing in online through ship-labels.com. Sign in online to view the rewards card catalog and select a card. Once you redeem rewards for a rewards card, the card will be sent to your email typically within 5 days.What types of rewards cards are available with XCEL Rewards?
You can redeem your rewards for rewards cards from a wide variety of merchants, including:
- Retail stores
- Restaurants
- Food delivery services
- Hotels
- Cruises
- Airlines
- Spas
- Grocery Stores
- Wellness brands
- Visa Incentive
- and many more.
6. Point Expiration
All Points that have not been converted to a Rewards Card Reward will expire one year after the date upon which the Points were earned.
7. Change of Account Information
Participants are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their information, including e-mail address. XCEL Label, LLC is not responsible for Rewards that are lost, delayed or misdirected by email or otherwise. Account information changes can be made by making changes to the Participant’s account preferences at ship-labels.com.
8. Program Termination
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as XCEL Label in its discretions, elect to designate a termination date. XCEL Label reserves the right to modify or end the Program, or any part of the Program, at any time without providing written notice to you. Abuse of the Program (for example, by a Participant failing to follow the Terms and Conditions, allowing others to use the Participant’s points or other improper conduct as determined by XCEL Label, LLC) may result in termination of that Participant’s membership and disqualify that Participant from future Program participation.
9. Additional Terms
Modification of the Rewards Programs Terms and Conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of XCEL Label, LLC. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of XCEL Label, LLC. Points and Rewards may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the respective Participant. The Program is a United States program. The laws of the State of Missouri, USA shall govern these Terms and Conditions without regard to any conflict of law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. If in any particular state the Program has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Program will be void in that particular state. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective Participant resides.
